VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR HELPING HANDS CLOTHING EXCHANGE

Adult and youth volunteers interested in helping at the Helping Hands Clothing Exchange in Stanford are invited to attend a volunteer training on Saturday, October 10, 2009 at 1:00pm.  It will be held at the Helping Hands Community Center, 105 W. Boundary, Stanford.  Volunteer duties include soting and displaying donated clothing items during clothing exchange hours.  The Stanford Council of Churches and the Olympia Pacesetters 4-H Club work together to sponsor the Helping Hands Community Center.  There is a need to extend hours that the Clothing Exchange is open and additional volunteers are needed to make that happen.  If you are interested in helping, please plan to attend on October 10th.  For more information, please contact Mary Cherry at 379-2292 or Kathy Weinzierl at 379-2119 or kweinzierl@gmail.com.
