NEW BUSINESS:
A. Trustee Anderson moved, seconded by Trustee Beaty, to accept the renewal of the water testing contract presented
by water operator Brad Bode, and authorized President Campbell to sign and check the option of one payment.
On roll call the vote was:
AYES: 4 - Trustees Anderson, Beaty, Geurts and President Campbell.
NAYS: 0
ABSENT: 2 - Trustees Sharp and Singley
There being 4 affirmative votes, the motion carried.
B. Trustee Geurts moved, seconded by Trustee Anderson, to authorize President Campbell to sign the IEPA pre-application
for loan assistance for wastewater facilities presented by Steve Myers from Farnsworth Group at the March 15th regular
meeting.
On roll call the vote was:
AYES: 4 - Trustees Anderson, Beaty, Geurts and President Campbell.
NAYS: 0
ABSENT: 2 - Trustees Sharp and Singley.
There being 4 affirmative votes, the motion carried.
